Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square - Philadelphia

Room and facilities was spacious. Nice bar and coffee shop downstairts, excellent location.

Not very friendly staff. Noisy, we heard absolutely everything from the next room...

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and professional. The location was great though.

The only down side the hotel is that the building does not have sound proof walls and doors. So were not able to sleep comfortably. Whenever the housecleaning were working it felt like our room door was totally open and we could hear them in the hallway

The room was very comfortable and access to the Club room is very nice. The gym is great and the location is central and excellent.

They do not permit access to their swimming pool which is for the condominium side of the hotel only. As the room was directly in front of the elevators there was often a lot of noise.

Excellent location, the staff was extremely professional and friendly. Excellent dining around the hotel. Will come back the next time we visit Philly.

Location - very centrally located, easy walk to shopping, Rittenhouse Square, public transport easily available, etc. Large spacious room and bathroom, nice view from window. Lobby was nice - fruit-infused cold drinking water in lobby was refreshing. Free wireless throughout hotel was good.

Hotel is in need of some renovating. Carpets in corridors and rooms were well-worn and in need of replacement. Bathroom fittings, especially basin stand, were strange. Hotel corridors were very cold, thankfully the room itself was ok. We asked for an extra roll-away bed to be placed in the room at a certain time in the evening and housekeeping said we had to call back again to request that; however, they later agreed but then brought the extra bed in earlier than asked. Booked an airport shuttle through hotel front desk but it never showed up and we had to send my niece in a taxi (more expensive) in the end. Only when the shuttle failed to turn up did the staff admit is was sometimes unreliable!

Excellent hotel! Service is great, rooms are big and comfortable. We booked it as a 'flashdeal' so we got a good deal. I can imagine it is far more expensive when you pay the actual rate. Location is great!!
